Sixth Annual Community of Jewish Writers

Congregation Agudat Achim is hosting the sixth annual Community of Jewish Writers program. This year we are fortunate to have three preeminent poets read - Susan Comninos, Jay Rogoff and Barbara Ungar. The program will take place on Sunday, June 14, 2015 from 3:00 to 5:00 PM in the social hall. There will be a poetry reading, panel discussion, book sale and reception. The program is free and open to the public. As You Like It Catering will have pastries for sale in addition to serving them at the reception.

"We are so fortunate that the Program Committee is once again hosting the Community of Jewish Writers event," noted Leslie Neustadt, co-chair of the program. "The program has enabled the community to become familiar with highly regarded Jewish poets and writers in our region. We will listen to their poetry and discuss how their heritage informs their writing."
